Weight gain about boobies x
Hi girls, got a question about weight gain..
I sometimes fluctuate with my weight and gain up to 2 kilos (4.4 pounds) and then within few weeks lose it again..
Can such weight fluctuation affect my boobies or not?
Thanks girls xx
I'm asking cos because of my nose operation I don't exercise at all and sit at home (my nose hurts me in the cold) so put on 4 pounds. Now I'm careful with what I eat so should get rid of the excess weight within the next week or so. But I'm worrying I have affected my boobies

Well remember the implants add to your weight as well!
No I don't think that will affect your boobs... I've see here that up to a stone either way should be fine (unless your super skinny) but you wouldn't want to loose or gain too much.
I wouldn't worry, it sounds fine to me and I'm very similar to you in that I do the same! Xx

Re: Weight gain about boobies x
4 pounds is a minimal amount of weight to affect your boobs Hun, remember that weight will be dispersed allover your body so relatively it shouldn't affect your boobs in any big way. X

Sagging will happen to ALL of us at some point Hun, however again 4 pounds is minimal and it's not a dramatic weight gain or loss to have a big effect on your boobs Hun.

I got a bit carried away in taking weight off for my implants and I had then down as weighing 1/2 stone, when really that 1/2 stone was the tins of xmas roses I got tucked into on my 1st week after op.x

Its said we should try and maintain our weight once we have a BA. Anything over a stone wp either way may have the potential to affect the aesthetics of your BA, so 4lbs is nothing Blondie. Don't worry about it hun.
During your recovery a little weight gain is natural. You'll be carrying fluid from the swelling and you'll be bloated.
This isn't something you should be at all concerned about though. Eat normal healthily, get yourself out for regular walks and keep yourself occupied when you're recovering so you don't slip into binging and you'll do just fine and your pree-op in addition to the weight of your implants which weigh very little.
If you don't eat normal this could hinder your healing. You need a healthy diet to promote good healing.
Over Christmas we all have a little pig out don't we, but no-one should guilt or anything about that - just enjoy the festive fun and worry about about Xmas weight gain when you're able to get back to excercise... Its no biggie. The weight will come back off. Xx
