Sore today - Bra too small?
I know, I know, back in your sports bra and I am I promise...for now!
I've been getting back on top of my running and feeling great for it, but lefty is always quite sore afterwards. I bind it up for the night and its usually ok the next day. Kind of in the cleavage crease area. Im wondering though if its because my Triaction is too small? Im all for a cracking cleavage, but Im not sure you're meant to have one in your sports bra!! Im still in my 32DD Triaction, and it is holding them tight in, but could it be holding them a little too tight, which is putting the pressure on me?

Sounds like the fluff fairy paid you a little visit Charlii.
Because you're running as you know that can put a lot of pressure on your boobs so it would probably be wise to have another 'fitting' Charlii. Don't measure babe. Measuring has had women in the wrong sided bras for years. Best you get flitted so you KNOW you're in the right support and you'll probably be more comfortable then. Xx

Re: Sore today - Bra too small?
I know im three months behind you and said similar a few days ago... but i get the aching for a few days and then off it goes again... I feel it when ive done quite a lot such as running and when i look at my boobs, i do feel as though they are possibly starting the fluffing process as they look very different and in my head i imagine that that weight leads to the aching on some days? Im not sure but i know where your coming from!
Maybe get fitted again to ensure your in the right size but when i put my macom back on its such a relief and i get a clevage in it too more so then some wired bras! :) xx

Yeh, I keep meaning to go to Bravissimo, but life keeps getting in the way! I might buy the Triaction in the E then see if they'll check the fitting for me in the new year

Hey,
I'm getting the aching as well in cleavage area, but it's most of the time and not just after exercise :( it all started on day 11 post op but surgeon said it was normal -might go back I the new year if not settled down.
