Sore today

I've come down with a tummy bug and can't really keep much down without running off to the loo - the effervesant berocca was also probably a bad move! Hysterical

Because I've not moved much (I assume) my boobs are very sore today and I'm also experiencing the stabbing sharp shock pains in them. Lefty is also much harder than rightie is - this ones always been a bit slower with the healing though I think.

Do you think they are just sore with a kind of permanent morning boob today with being laid up?

Got such a lower back ache too :( yawn

Yes, the less mobile you are, the more your boobs will ache babe. The stabbing pains are coming from the nerves, they do cause these strange sensations as they heal.

Pop a hot water bottle on your lower back back hun, the heat will help and I do help you feel better soon. Xx

Oh no poor u, that's last thing u need now. Hope u feel better soon. The extra aching might be from doing too much as well as I was hit with extra overall pain on day 7 from overdoing it the day before.

If u was doing stuff for ur sons party yesterday that may be why. A day of rest should help, it helps when I rest.

I have over done things, had kids/friends for dinner/ sleepovers, feel like I barely sat down .
