Now I'm pre op. Back size 32. Do I buy a 32 or a 34 (to allow for swelling?) x

Hi Jen, I'm a 32 and bought a 32 macom and it fits perfect with the swelling, so I'd say go for 32" xx

Yeah, I'm ok thanks, boobs are feeling better today than day 3/4 they really are the worsed for swelling, feel like a power nap now, I'm like a baby at the moment. Xx

Hey Jen, i'm 32 as well and I went for a 34 only coz got chance of 1 from Rach on this site, i'm planning to wear it for 1st week or 2 then going to get the m&S pack of 2 ones, I've got an old scabby sportsbra from when pregnant i'll use whilst I wash my macom.x

I got my normal back size and one size up for the swelling, you can type in MY BREAST in the promo box and get 15% off x
