yes ring ring it really really is so I guess that if we had given out more years for murder etc then cases like this could also get more years xx

Great to hear your doing well! Can't believe your on your front already lol! I'm still not 100% comfortable doing that and I'm 3 months lol!

today - am not doing so good - i had terrible constipation - it was unreal ...

i had to go to the pharmacy to get some stuff .. one to put up my back side - that's how desperate i was ..

I have had rice pretty much every day since op - so i was not shocked - even though i have been to toilet loads before ..

i made it eventually .... asides that - am doing great!!

had some salad tonite ...
