feel like my.boobs are going to pop

So my steristrips are off all looking good. Was told to take them.off at 2 weeks

I wear by compression band only at.night but tonight my boobs are sore. Not aching but sore and i feel like they are going to pop/burst at the bottom and they are throbbing

I def havent over done it.literally done nothing all day today and yesterday.

Whats going on??!! xx

If they aren't swelling up its probably just healing Tink. I would have days when I would feel like my boobs were literally bunching up inside my boobs, I was terrified it was CC, its all documented in my diary, the pain was awful... But it was nothing hun. Just the healing going on inside and ice packs which were my best friend really helped to get me through.

If they are however swelling, then it may be advisable to call the hospital for advise sweetness. Xx

No swelling at all just feel sore tonight just taken some painkillers so i get some sleep xx

i agree with cookie, icepacks really are a godsend and sometimes help better than painkillers hun xx

Tink, maybe you won't wear compression bra tonight, as an exception, to let your boobies rest? Just an idea xx

I tried ice backs and i hate the sensation. Defbwearing band everynight cause thats myb orders lol xx

Have you tried placing a facecloth over the skin before applying the ice packs Tink? I can't bare applying the ice packs directly, but the facecloth just takes that sharpness off but still gives the benefit of the ice. Xx

Tink, I know the feeling, I'm currently writing Xmas cards whilst balancing ice packs on my boobs, they literally feel like they want to explode! Hope the feeling goes for you soon xx

oh I must try that cookie I just in general hate the feeling of the coldness near me, cant explain it, suppose its like peoel hating the feeling of cotton wool lol
