Congratulations on your new BIG additions - hope you feel better soon - I would have thought ice packs or a bag of peas wrapped in a t towel would be fine - I watched a make over programme on TV last week and a top American PS put a bag of peas on a lady's face lift straight after surgery (sometimes the simplest things are the best). Happy healing xxxxx

You're fine to use the ice packs hun. I don't think I'd have gotten through my recovery without mine LOL.
I had them placed over my boobs right from coming out of surgery in the hospital and was given the packs to take home with me. They really did help with the swelling. Hope yours eases up soon sweetie. xx

Congrats on your new additions hun, I'm only on day two so it's still early days for me too (woke up rather stiff this morning). Ice packs is a good idea I used one yesterday as my boobs felt so hot.

Congrats on the new boobies, the discomfort will soon be a distant memory, and it will all be worth it!!
Yes ice packs were my savior, used them throughout the first 3 or 4 days regularly.
I hope you feel better soon! :flowers:

Congratulations on your new boobies!
I used ice packs too and I think they made my boobs feel better, but mine are still a bit swollen but only 10 days in, so guess they will be.
Happy healing xxxx

Congrats on your new boobies hun, I never used ice packs, but then my boobs were numb lol, so many of the girls have found them brilliant, so if it helps you hun, use them.Keep on top of your pain killers so they never wear off and get plenty of rest.

Hi chick
Yes I would definatley go with the ice packs, worked wonders for me 1st time round, and I wore them up until Monday (re-op was Sat) and swelling has gone.
Happy healing, plenty of rest and dont overdo it
