quick update - first combat class
Hey,
As you know last tuesday I went to a high intensity interval training class at the gym and was ahing badly after it.
Today did combat at the gym and have felt fine, going to do the same tomorrow - I think it was too much toosoon last week (monpt then grit tues) also the wayiput my sports bra on made a difference as I felt last week my leftie was bouncing around and right was fine, today I had no bouncing what so ever.

How far post op are you Rachij? I'm dying to get back to running! Am 5 weeks post op today and the nurse said I could start again at 6 weeks provided all the scab has come off (which it has). Need to get a good sports bra first though!

I'm 8 weeks post op, but have got a shock absober extreme impact sports bra so my boobs don't go anywhere.
Product code for the shockabsorber bra I've got is B 4490 can get it from debenhams, online etc. It'sa struggle to get on but once on they don't go anywhere!!!!
