Good morning!
So as you all know I had my ba yesterday and wow am I feeling the pain today! I can barely move but I'm still trying! Especially when I need a wee and I have to try and haul myself up out of this hospital bed. Everything is going well though except trying to eat my toast and crumbs falling between my new boobs. Yay I have boobies!!

Good morning huni, keep on top of the pain killers in the early days and you should be fine , the 1st week for most is the worst and usually everyday after that you start to feel better and better. You'll need to get yourself a boobie bid to catch them crumbs! ....lol XXX

Re: Good morning!
Get used to the crumbs down your cleavage Lydia. Your bras are no longer just for boobs - officially from here on today, they will now be known as CRUMB CATCHERS!
Amazing creations aren't they! Haha!
You've had morphine in hospital so do recognise that that's masking most of the discomfort right now hun and you're not going to be given that to take home with you and by day 3 its going to very possible that that's the day you're going to feel this most when the swelling is at its worst, so don't panic Lydia, just ride it out babe remembering to take painkillers on time - I added an alarm to my phone so I was topped up continuously. And do get yourself up for a little walk around babe, at least every couple of house during the day, even if its just a little walk its going to help with that swelling hun.
Its nice going home though and having everything that's familiar around you and your mum will of course be there to take great care of you

Re: Good morning!

Re: Good morning!
Yeah moms my little timer haha she's already made me take everything again but she's getting a really bad cold bless her! I keep getting up and walking around but I'm starting to feel really sleepy now. My throat still hurts like I've had that tube down it again & it's like the implant is popping and shivering

Re: Good morning!
Listen to your body Lydia - you're feeling sleepy... So go rest hun.
If you can get some lozenges for your throat this will help babe. Its very common to have a sore throat after surgery.
And the feeling of your implant popping and shivering....what you're experiencing is simply the fluid and air that is in the breast pocket. They send all kinds of sensations and the ones you describe are just a couple of them hun - very normal and nothing to be concerned about lovely. Xx
