Transform refund

Hi ladies,

As most of you may now I paid a bit of money to Transform, and then decided I didn't want to go with the clinic. I asked if I could have a refund as I didn't feel ready for a BA, etc. I was well within my 7 days cooling period and was told I would definitely receive one, and I would receive this refund in a form of a cheque by the end of this week (I was told this when I rang them up last week).
 

She was been difficult about it at first, so when she said I would definitely get one I emailed her just to clarify what our telephone convo was about and what was said, and she emailed me back saying this was correct. I've just phoned Transform and they've told me my PCC doesn't work there no more? And that they didn't know anything about a refund? I'm so worried they're not going to give me my money back. I could do with it back to go towards my BA with Dr. McGeorge......   The women I spoke to said she would ring me back but I don't hold much hope   xx

Well firstly you have the email as proof so you should ring them back to tell them you have a dates email that clearly shows you have cancelled within your seven days...

They like any business will want to hold on to the money so ring back making sure that they know you have this proof and don't relieve the PCC has left... Warn them that they have to have the cooling of period by law you will do what it takes to get the money back with the proof you have!
Well done for getting that email though!
I wouldn't wait for a call back, I would let them know your serious and get them to write this cheque and you want it by the end of the week! They cannot deny this xx

yeah def like jennifer said you will have the date on the email that the original PCC sent you saying that you would get the deposit back

tell them that you were in your cooling off period and you were told that you were getting the refund back and that also you are not happy with the procedure that the surgeon has said he will do so dont want to be going under the knife xx

Good luck! Make sure they know your not taking any rubbish!!! If the PCC was leaving you would have been told about this as their 'duty of care' means they are In contact with you afterwards...
Don't back down!!! You have proof and it will be damaging to them if they don't act in the right way! So glad you have that email xx

Thank you so much Jen, I've phoned them said exactly what you said. My cheque will be sent out to me in the post tonight!!

I think she was, it was all a bit strange. She told me that she had been there 6 months, but she hadn't because I knew the other who was the PCC before her and she had only just left. Just very bizare!! Thanks for your help Tink! Xx

Good old bloody Transform at it again!  

PCCS have a habit if mysteriously disappearing when you most need them... I know babe, I've had the same from them many times  

Regardless of the PCC being there you were within the cooling off period when you requested your money back. The emails you have support this, so just forward the emails back to them and tell them you expect to hear from them soon telling them your cheque is in the post babe. Xx
