hi need to rack your brains before you go off on holiday!! lol

as you know im having my reop and my surgeon is giving me the lovely band for weeks and wants me to be braless, he said I can wear a bra but it would need to also bot support but push down on the top of my boobs to help keep them down and not ride up again

do you know where I can buy such thing? if any xx

What about the macom with the  velcro strap across the top? Have a look at it on their site.

by the sounds of it you shouldnt be wearing a high support sports bra any more because they would hold them in place? i would guess maybe either what rachj said, or just a medium impact sports bra with your binder?

There's a breast band for a tenner on this website HERE babe as well as a full breast band for £18. I doubt you'd get cheaper than that hun for what you want, so maybe just wear a non-wired basic crop top bra (no support) with just the band over the top to encourage the implants down hun. Xx

yeah my surgeon is giving me the band, sorry should have said that

would the macom not give suppprt though? basically i have to have no support in helping them stay up lol so yeah prob do the crop top as I cant imagine not having anything on xx

Nooooo no sports or suport bras at all hun. Just basic crop tops or non-wired soft bras only... You want them babies going home babe, so they need encouraging downward.

If you're provided with a band then you won't need anything else but the crop tops/soft non wired bras babe. Xx

so not looking forward to this he said the first 2 weeks are 24/7 learn to wash round about it hahaha then the next 2 weeks i can have an hour free!! well thanks haha

but it comes off on xmas day!! so a great wee xmas present from me to me or my surgeon to me haha xx

i was looking at this as it says crop top however it does say extra suppport but I have their sports bra and its crap it doesnt support a thing xx
