Fingers crossed!!
I spoke with my solicitor today, I have gone through attwood solicitors as back in march they were still accepting the "no win, no fee" option.
And fingers crossed but I should have an answer next
Month if I get back my money I paid for my BA with Harley medical group back in December 2008!
I paid in full on my lloyds tsb credit card and have gone down this route that I have not received the product I was sold.
I hope so much that this does come through and I get the money I paid back, it will help immensely with paying for my replacements, which I am hoping to have in December! Wish me luck!!

It will happen ringring
Have a look at a thread HERE of one woman's success with the same babe... This is one of many women who have since received compensation through paying on their card... There's a couple of other women's stories on here too if you have a look around, so I'm happy for you ringring. You DESERVE this money and I'm glad to see through using your credit card you'll get it back hun. Xx

PIP claim update!
So, I received a letter today from my solicitors regarding my claim and they would like all the paperwork confirming what it has cost me to have my 2nd BA to replace the PIP's and also that my time off work should hopefully be compensated also!!!! I thought I would only get the money back I paid for them but from this letter I will possibly get the money I am paying now (which is £1,700 more than first BA) AND 2.5 weeks of wages!!!!!
So excited, just really hope this all comes through!! Then my PIP nightmare will finally be over, we'll once I have my 2nd BA on the 3rd December.... Not long to wait!!! Yay!!
