Whoop whoop
After having a bad consultation previously, had the best one ever today!! 2 great consults, 1 bad as he did all my measurements whilst I was sitting down!! Seemingly he shouldn't have!! anyway I've been given the choice of 2 by my prospective surgeons.. 1 (which is my fave choice) is dual plane HP 460 (cmp) I think it's cmp maybe cpm/ chm

Re: Whoop whoop
Dual plane are what you'll more commonly know as 'partials' Wonderwoman. But you may read them more being referred to as 'unders' here and you'd be hard pushed looking at the avatars here to know who had which placement babe, so don't worry, if your surgeon feels partials are right for you... Then you'll have a nice natural result.
The implants you've been offered are CMH, which are Allergans budget implant. They're the newer 5th generation implant 100% filled implant (the gummy bear) so have a lesser risk of rippling as well as a lesser risk of CC also.
Glad you feel happy about your consultation babe. Xx

Re: Whoop whoop
I agree with cookie that looking at our Avis you wouldn't be able to tell who has had overs/unders round/atomicals because surgeons recommend our plans based on our body...
Many women here have these implants. You can opt for a different type that are around £400 more that have an extra shell however the CUI you have been offered are excellent still and go through the exact same tests the 'premium' ones do, they will be by allergan who are one of the most popular implant manufacturers so please don't be scared... Transform just but them on bulk hence the 'budget term'
Many many women have them (I do, I think cookie does and lots of other ladies here so don't be filled with dread at all! They are fine :) xx

Re: Whoop whoop
Transform buy Allergans budget implants in bulk babe so these will always be the implant the surgeon suggests for you - remember, they're working for the clinicWonderwoman1 wrote: Hi thanks for the info and yeas I feel I've chosen the right surgeon however the term budget implants fills me with dread.. What they don't tell you is that there is a premium alternative, the one which would be like for like to the Allergan CMH would be the new 5th generation Allergan Natrelle Soft Touch. All of Allergans implants go through the same stringent testing and although budget, they are safe.
I suppose its like going to Tesco and knowing that when you buy fishfingers both the budget and the premium brands are fine... But some would prefer Tescos own.... Others would prefer Findus!
LOL.. I thought that was a pretty good analogy there.
So its up to you hun. transform are saving pennies from not telling you about the premium implant, but its all about YOUR choice and what YOU want. If you feel you'd prefer the premium and would like to pay the extra few quid for them, then give them a call and request they exchange for the 'Soft Touch' implants hun. Xx
Re: Whoop whoop
Hi cookie, I'm definitely a "findus type girl" when it comes to my body, and won't accept the "supermarket own brand" or the "value range" lol.. Very good analogy and knowing this will call transform to see if they can give me the soft touch.. xx

Re: Whoop whoop
No babe. The CUI are cohesive implants. They're 95% filled. The premium implant that Allergan make to equal the CUI is the Natrelle Responsive.
The CMH are the high cohesive and have the 100% fill of Allergans budget range babe if its the 'gummy bear' implant you're specifically wanting. Xx

Re: Whoop whoop
They're still completely natural hun. They're as natural as any implant on the market. they're a little firmer than the 95% fill! but not so firm they aren't still super soft and very squidgey still.
They aren't created to give a 'fake look' hun. They were created to lessen the risk of rippling and CC that's all babe. But results will still be exactly the same. Xx

Re: Whoop whoop
ahhh now making sense lol when i felt pips in office they very soft so i guess that would be the 95% fill but if 100% is better for cc and rippling whic luckily i dont seem to get ,,,only thing i have noticed more recently is a sligtht dip in center when lying down as implants move to the side ..same as a natural boob xx
i was thinking skin and sag with age would it look different with a gummy implant ? xxxx

Re: Whoop whoop
No hun... A 300CC cohesive implant weighs exactly the same as a 300CC high cohesive implant, so the skin will sag natural with the exact same weight implant whichever you were to choose.
Its the technology of the silicone that's different that's all babe, with the gummy bear being the more advanced latest technology. Xx

Re: Whoop whoop
Cookie, does a 100% reduces the risk of CC and rippling regardless of which brand implant it is ?

Re: Whoop whoop
Yes Raven.
You'll find the CMH, the Natrelle Soft Touch, the Nagor Impleo, Mentor and Polyeurothane implants all have a lesser risk of CC.
The implants giving the very least risk being the polyeurothane. Xx

Re: Whoop whoop
Yes, sorry Raven. I don't really read about Motiva here at all, but yes, they're highly cohesive gel so are the 'gummy bear' type implants. Xx

Just seen this and wanted to be clear on this so women can make a clear and informed decisionjenniferrf1 wrote: You can opt for a different type that are around £400 more that have an extra shell however the CUI you have been offered are excellent still and go through the exact same tests the 'premium' ones do, they will be by allergan who are one of the most popular implant manufacturers so please don't be scared... Transform buying CUI implants in bulk has nothing at all in common with the term 'budget'
CUI implants are Allergans Budget range because they are made at a cheaper costing than the Natrelle - budget = inexpensive.
CUI do have the same stringent testing that Natrelles do but they do have less technology than the Premium option Allergan offer being the Natrelle range which offers the additional layer of a barrier shell. xx
Re: Whoop whoop
Thanks to all girls who have helped me on this especially cookie x I will call Transform tomorrow to find out difference in price for the natrelle range.. x
