Hi hope someone xan help, I've tried goohling my question but no luck.
I've had mine for just over 2 years & wondered if teaching my students "the worm" can effect my implants.

I doubt it would have any affect on your implants Hun, it'd be the same as laying on your front for a massage or sleeping on your front. Implants are very robust . I can remember my surgeon actaully telling me on my first ba if I were involved in a car accident my ribs would break and I'd be damaged before my implants would be. !

I think as long as it doesn't hurt then you should be fine! Implants are tested so well, put through all types of machines so I think you should be fine!! :)
Good luck teaching the worm haha ... and lovely avi :) xx

Re: break dancing - the worm
After healing, women are actually encouraged to massage impants and one excercise is to lay on your front and rock from some to side...
However... In saying that, this isn't an excercise, its a dance move and you have to throw your body into position on your front don't you to enable the motion to flow?
If it were me, I'd cover my back, call my clinic, explain the move and if they say its fine... Its fine hun. But if your surgeon advises against it then not.
Implants are VERY robust. I was even told by nurses that surgeons had tested them them out running over them in cars and our implants are covered for ruptures for normal life... But, I will say. When my implant ruptured through no fault of mine, I'd done nothing for it have happened I was asked if I had... This questioning extended to if I'd been involved in a car crash or been on a roller coaster... If I'd have said yes, my aftercare wouldn't have covered me hun.
So... For something out of the ordinary, I'd personally cover my back and get that all clear from your clinic first. It takes 5 minutes to pick up the phone and check babe rather than you possibly having to find thousands of pounds to fix something in the unlikely event it did, but you can never know.
Its a 5 minute call babe. Cover your back and just check. Xx
