Booked my re-op and decided on size!

Well, I've booked my re-op for 4th November! So excited! Have asked for 470, 495 and 525's to be ordered in, so my surgeon can check the sizes on me.
I did the rice boobie thingy and I basically look like I do when I wear a mega push up which is ALOT of the time, so I'm happy with that.
If this works, this is what I look like normally with a normal non padded bra:
