I have just posted on your other thread then saw this!

I remember as I reached 3 weeks, i seemed to feel more uncomfortable and more pain then, than I did I the first week. It really worried me, but a few days later I seemed to turn a corner and improve again.

I don't know enough about the surgery you have just had to comment on recovery, but just wanted to send you some hugs.

Well if it helps I felt exactly the same after my op, just as you think it's getting easier to get comfy something else itches or aches!

As someone who sleeps on their front I have found my boobie journey difficult in this respect. I am still sleeping on my side, but at least I feel like I am getting some decent sleep.

I think in another couple of weeks you will be so much more comfortable, pleased to hear that you are being looked after x

I can appreciate how you feel.
Although I have not had a revision, my lefty is good as gold and settling nicely, but righty is stubborn and doesn't want to join in. I am being selective on the clothes I wear so as not to wear anything that highlights it which is annoying and frustrating.

6 months will fly by, (and it could happen sooner) and hopefully you will have perfect boobs after.

Are you in a good quality high support bra Natty?

Another thing I thought of that I went through and I don't know if its the same for you but... I went through a kind of panic mode. Because I'd been through so much before having the surgery then the trauma of the surgery and the pain afterwards which I just wasn't prepared for at all, I kept thinking "what if it happens again?" I was taking in every feeling and every change and I think when you have complications that what If? Is REAL and its stays with you, unlike when you have your first op and you're naive to it all... Its all so REAL and you notice everything!, so I copied a couple of quotes from my own diary Natty, from around the same stage in recovery as you are now... Maybe you'll recognise something in them that might help you to feel better because all ended well sweetheart Hug

10 Days post op

Had a bath earlier (shallow) and was looking down on my boobs *like ya do* and I noticed along with leftie being a little more relaxed than rightie which is still high under my chin! Leftie is also heading west!... Not sure if that's because it's relaxed and that's the position both will settle in, well not both west, I'm hoping right will relax and head east if you know what I mean! LOL... But it is worrying as leftie started off like that. Dropped and hanging under my armpit!

I guess with having complications prior, I'm looking for things now, so I'm not looking again till I see the nurse on monday and I'll ask her about it then.

13 days post-op

The differences between my breasts seems to have worsened, left has seemingly relaxed more whilst right is still sitting high and is still very hard, yesterday right felt as though it was bunching up inside my body, it actually feel hard against my chest wall when I breathe in, still very early days though, so hopefully right will behave itself, chill out a little and RELAX! LOL

Hope that helps sweetie. Xx
