pains in my righty
I had my surgery on June 5th of this year and have experienced no problems so far (fingers crossed!) However, over the past few days I keep having a few pains/ funny sensations in my righty! While I was showering yesterday I also had a bit of a pain in my right scar which soon died down.
Is this normal? I am panicking incase my sports bra isn't supportive enough? My surgeon gave me the all clear for wires but I have decided to wear my sports bra when I am in the house and in bed.

Re: pains in my righty
Im still getting the odd pains and aches and pings, especially in my scars. The feeling when I massage them makes me feel queasy too! Its more than likely still the healing and changing shape. Or if you're really lucky, the fluff fairy is digging around in there! Im sure its absolutely fine by now hun, nowt to worry about.

Re: pains in my righty
I wouldn't worry hun. At 5 months post-op our boobs are still very much healing and you will get nerve pains on and off over the year of your full recovery.
Although you got the all clear from your surgeon babe, your boobs continue healing on the inside until a year post-op. xx

Thank you girlies. Really appreciate your reassurance. It has been like a throbbing pain - i assumed it would be normal but thought it was worth checking!
Thanks Cookie, I can see my boobs changing every week. I am still trying to keep my sports bra on as much as possible to give them support. I have a medium impact sports bra from M&S, is that enough support? Its the two pack medium impact, its a very soft bra so sometimes i wonder whether it is enough? xxx
