ok, so i finally plucked up the courage to have a picturetrail. have included a topless before, which ive still not yet decided if i will leave in there or delete, leaving them there will really show what an absolutely amazing job my surgeon has done in creating breasts for me from literally nothing, and how much even at my early stage (need my implants filling up yet) but....i will admit i was a complete freak before....so...yeah, anyway, there are a few after shots topless, mind the very faint still visable marker pen (the nurse laughed and said i don't know where he gets his markers from, nearly everyone who comes back post op still has a little pen still on there somewhere...great!!) and the yukky looking plasters(have to keep them on until next thursday when they take them off)

ok, ive decided the before picture is staying, and thats that! is is quite shocking i will warn you so if you ask to see, just keep in mind that i did warn you all. but he has done brilliantly, and my implants havent even been filled yet, will ad pics to that next week after the first fill.

Forgive me for asking, but I've never heard of expandable implants ..... is your surgeon using that method 'cos you were small before? x

yeah, its usually used in reconstruction after a mastectomy, it opens out the deformed breast pocket gradually giving an overall better result (very few surgeons use them though, my surgeon is dr ivan foo if you look him up you will see some info about them and his work on line) xx

Your piccies are amazing, your surgeon has really done a fantastic job.  Did you have under the muscle implants? I can't believe how good they look 9 days post op, I am having unders and kinda imagined bruising and scars all over the shop!! Thank you for letting me see your pics, it is very reassuring xx

yeah they are under the muscle, and are only half filled so far, he has done an AMAZING job!! there are little valves under m skin where he will use a needle to fill up the rest of the implant, might add some pics later but i cant get the right light to catch them, they do stick out a little but just will be a small scar where the plasters are thats all no where else.

Thank you girls, he really had nothing to work with and has done wonders already, the results so far from what I was astonishing....I couldn't be happier, and they're only gunna get better!!!  His choice of implant was spot on, I couldn't have fit anything else in, and this way they can be pumped up when my body is ready!! Already fit a small C cup bra exciting!! Xx
