I emailed the surgeon earlier regarding fake eyelashes , acrylic nails and also thought if mentioned the fake tan I might still on my skin from my fitness show
Well eyelashes are fine but might get damaged but I must not have any fake tan or fake nails on ! Now desperately looking for a fake tan remover x

Awww bless you. I use st tropez fake tan remover. It comes off really easily with that. Xx

Can you not use instant wash off tan Hun, Rimmel wash off tan is good, st tropez do one and so do fake bake x

I've got to have a professional spray tan that is very dark . Bodybuilding tans have to be 5 shades darker than normal . You do look freaky in real life but great on the stage ! Hoping this means its still ok to remove !
Will check out these products . 4 days between show and op
Yes I'm glad I did ask it wasn't in paperwork !! Can you imagine if I'd turned up all tanned and they refused to operate x

I believe lemon juice and brown sugar works, but don't quote me on that, as I've never fake tanned in my life! But I'm pretty sure that's what a friend uses to get it off where she's over done it.

Those extra dark tans take a while to come away, 4 days is cutting it really fine. Could you not do the show and just concentrate on getting yourself ready for your BA?

Oh no! I'd say just exfoliate everyday after the show (make sure you moisturise after), but as its so dark even that might not work :| maybe try a combination of that & the fake tan remover? X

Miss galaxy universe is the show . Girls in the fitness industry are saying to swim loads , go in saunas ,exfoliate but not moisturise ( as that prolongs the tan)
I can't not do the show its costs me lots and I've been training for months . Problem is that is the only date avaliable till late November and I go on holiday 9 dec then after I will in prep for my next show that's in June . It's all time . Who would have thought all this could be so complicated ! Lol ! X

Its really hard isnt it if you hadnt spent money on the show, as much as you prob wouldnt want to Id say that missing this one show would be the easy option, for preparing for your BA

I'm quite bad for wearing a lot of tan....try a bath with daz washing up powder......mental but it helps loads
