I'm wearing the bra the hospital gave me which isn't bad ( low cut and nude colour) they gave me 2 but it is tight over my incisions. I bought the triumph extreme and hopefully my macoms are waiting for me at home but was wondering if I should stick to the ones the hospital gave me for the mo??? When did you guys swap?  X

I had my own from get go. My hospital didnt provide me with one xxx didn't they tell you how long to leave it on for? To ease the pressure on your incisions put a small panty liner inside your bra sticky side away from you  xxxx maybe that would help. Im sure your own sports bra would be just as supportive but all depends on the instructions you were given xxxx

Hope your doing well xxxxx have you had a peek yet? Xxxx

You're not long away now from your first wound check hun, so maybe that get over with and ask the them about wearing bras of 'your' choice rather than those given to you.

Lotties given great advise to cushion the area babe. Piriton helps also with the itching, so maybe try some of that too.

Hope it eases for you soon babe. The itching is awful. X
