Macom doesn't fit after BA :-(
Hi all, I had my BA today and feel great so far however I was advised to buy bras in size 36f (usually 34dd) I had 295cc but my macoms don't fit without being unbearably tight! Should I order some larger ones or just try other bras?

Oh no Hunni, they may fit when swelling goes down.... Not sure. I've brought mine too.... I thought they allowed for swelling..... Oh dear..... Could you order next size Hun and sell yours on here. I know lots of girls are wanting some!!!! Xx

Thanks bizzy, hopefully it will fit in a few days when swelling decreases...think ill get a bigger one for the meantime. Managing on just paracetamol at the minute so not too bad..surgeon managed to do his thing with just a lollipop lift though so I'm sure that's helped with the pain :-)) x

Awwww there's nothing worse than being uncomfortable babe Macoms are bought by band size and do have room to accommodate swelling, but you must have some extensive swelling for it not to fit.
I always advise women to buy at least one back fastener with extenders for this very reason. You just can't ever predict the swelling we'll have post-op.
Its really up to you lovely which you'd prefer? If you think you'd like the Macom, order a larger Macom, or if a bra you'd rather have, then maybe go out and try some high implant ones on to get the perfect fit and ensure you're comfortable. Xx
