I'm not sure about this Hunni, as different people are advised different things..... I thought you had to stay in sports bra for at least 6 weeks..... But I don't know...... I do know you will need a very high factor sun cream on as the skin has been stretched and will be sensitive...
I'm sure someone will give you better advice.........

I am on holiday 2 weeks post op, my surgeon said it was fine fk wear a bikini as long as it was supportive. Will be taking care not to expose them to the sun though :)

Re: Holiday 4 weeks post op
Bikinis offer no support whatsoever babe, so don't substitute your sportsbra for a bikini hun, unless like Jodi, your 'surgeon' feels you don't need that full support. Not even a suntan is worth compromising your recovery for.
If you're in sportsbras whilst on holiday babe, then there are some gorgeous crop tops in the shops now that you can just mix and match with bikini bottoms to make a quirky little combo hun. So you'll still look good, but have the cover for your sportsbra.
Also... if youre happy in your sportsbra, then thats perfectly fine babe as long as theyre well covered and supported. x

Thanks ladies. I went to morocco after my first op and was about 4 weeks post op. I just wore my sports bra. I did fold the straps down when I was sunbathing but still had lots of support. I wear black bikini bottoms so will just look like a sports bikini. Wonder if I can go for my massage if get propped up with towels! Hope so!!! Will ask my surgeon. X

Re: Holiday 4 weeks post op
As you will probably still be in the sports bras, I'd suggest you wear a little crop top or something similar over the top hun xx

A crop top over your sports bra will be fine, make sure you keep your chest area covered up x

Re: Holiday 4 weeks post op
Absolutely everywhere Jay! All the high street shops have them in right now and there's LOADS of designs to choose from so if you take a look at what bikini bottoms you have you can just mix and match to make a cute little set for yourself.
Here's a link to some at topshop just to give you a taster HERE xx

Re: Holiday 4 weeks post op
I've read that you will be sensitive for up to 6 months so like you can be careful, you may be alright to just keep topping up the cream :) and obv keep scars hidden because they will go brown if the sun gets to them! :) xx
