12 day Check-Up !
Just been for my first check-up with my PS twelve days after my op.
Was looking forward to the reveal of my stitches, they look fantastic, so little.
I've been given the go ahead to start exercising, whoop whoop and I can wear a normal bra
Next check-up in 6 weeks time.

Thank you, I'm really chuffed, however I am very aware I must not go mad, nothing aggressiveSharonM wrote:Congrats on the speedy recovery - bet your chuffed to bits x
I was told at least 8 weeks because I had unders, however going into my op fit has definitely helped my recovery.

I exercise regularly anywa (4-5 times a week)....I'll be exercising as much as I can over the next few weeks to make up for the recovery! Anything else you'd suggest hon? What exercise has he said is acceptable for you now? Xx

I can do everything apart from upper body weights, breaststroke, and anything particularly aggressive, basically involving jumping up and down.Sassysazzle wrote:I exercise regularly anywa (4-5 times a week)....I'll be exercising as much as I can over the next few weeks to make up for the recovery! Soooo back on my bicycle tomorrow, yay.
I love my cardio mostly with a smattering of heavy lifting.
I would recommend any exercise that works your heart and your lungs is going to give you the best recovery. I also try to avoid processed foods as much as possible, it all helps!

Re: 12 day Check-Up !
This is definitely a first for me in all of my time being here and also from all my reading and research both UK and USA.
12 days is VERY early to start excercising, but if your surgeon is happy, then that's great for 'you' lovely.
Good to read you so happy babe. Xx

Re: 12 day Check-Up !
Wow, great news for you then. Very speedy recovery, especially with unders too!
Your experience gives me hope that it won't be too traumatic. I'm so worried that it's going to be really hard after having unders.x
