Ive just come back from my second check up and my surgeon is very happy with the results so my next appoinment is in 3 months time.
I can wear normal bras within 2 weeks time and best of all I can hit the gym next week 2nd PO check 899188. Ive got to start massaging my scars with E45, any tips on the best ways to do this? x

that's great news loclo, I reckon I'll be gagging to get out to the gym once I have had mine done. have you been able to do any exercise during your healing?
not sure about massaging but would be good to know:)
