By anti bloating do you mean water balance tablets, ? If so no, you need all the water you an get at the moment to flush the ga out, it's extremly common for he budda belly, mine took a few weeks to go. ! When you start taking short walks, drinking lots of water and having number 2's it'll soon start going down. !

We mostly all suffer bloating post-op Jodi and something that does resolve naturally. Its not nice to have to deal with for a short while but doing the things our lovely MrsB suggested will help.

If you find you're having problems going to the loo which is very common after surgery then you can take a mild laxative such as sennakot or lactulose if you need to.

A good diet will help you lots too, so be sure you're eating healthily babe. X

I bought some senokot today but luckily managed to go to the loo today,  fingers crossed bloating subsides soon, though with my cocktail of pain killers I doubt It!!

I have been advised in a tummy tuck forum to take Bromelain which is a herbal supplement from the stalk of pineapple, it is supposed to really reduce swelling and the bloated sensation, I only started them yesterday so honestly can't say whether they work but they have been recommended by so many and have very good reviews, I got them from Holland and Barrett.
I wouldn't advise water tablets as your body needs the extra fluid

Pineapple is a well known fat stripper and. Contains enzymes For breaking down food in the stomach/gut.

Get the same enzymes from eating actual pineapple!

I personally wouldn't take anything at the moment as you don't want to upset your stomach even more what with the pain killers , ga etc

Just lots of water, eating well, LOTSOF fruit, fibre, protien for cell repair and carbs to keep your energy up.
Little and often too , lots of smaller meals and snacks throughout The day will not bloat make you feel so full as a few big meals a day.
