Re: Bloating?
Afraid so, the pain killers U have been given cause constipation and I didn't go for about 4-5 days, that and water retention but dont worry it'll all go down. I was given a list of food to eat that helps eg Weetabix, grapes etc if U are in discomfort take a mild laxative like senacot. X

Re: Bloating?
Yes it's normal! I've seen a lot of girls on here who are early post-op with bloated bellies. I can't give you a more detailed explanation, but I'm sure someone will be along soon to explain why it happens!
Re: Bloating?
Thank you! Can't wait till it goes down my belly feels bigger than my boobies haha!
I guess as the days go on and the less painkillers I take it will start to go down
xx

Re: Bloating?
Try eating plenty of fibre and drinking plenty of water... prunes work amazingly well too!
If you still find you have a poo belly try a gentle laxative, I used movicol after my op. x
