Getting worried
Hi girls wonder if anyone can give me some advice, I'm 10 day post op and my Boobies feel sore and tender, it's from my nipples downwards and the side, under my arm seems a little swollen too!!! I am worried ther is something wrong..
I started using ice packs last night because I felt to uncomfortable, it has helped a little but not as much as I would have liked.. I've been fine up until the last couple of days..

Re: Getting worried
Are you doing a little more around the house and stuff now Lee?
You'll find if you overdo things your boobs are going to let you know about about.
There's nothing at all for you to be concerned about. Its just the swelling that causing the discomfort, you haven't done anything to them and nothing is going on inside there other than them shouting at you to rest more and so less!
If you've just gone back to work and finding this is happening then you may need another week off hun. Some bombs do take a little longer to heal than others and not a bad thing. Its normal, we're all different and will all heal at different rates
Keep up the icepacks sweetie. They really will help with the swelling. Xx.

Re: Getting worried
Hi Lee, I ached a lot if I was doing too much. Listen to your body. I had arm ache for a long time, and a ached boobs for a long time too. I still at 6 weeks had aches, shooting pains etc, I had partials and this is all part of the healing process. Just rest up, it sounds pretty normal to me, try not to worryxxxx
