It's best to go with your surgeons advice hun on placement, as there would be reasons for his suggestions. I think in general if you have enough breast tissue, most surgeons would prefer to go over the muscle, but if you don't have enough they will hon under x

Oh I see. I expect they'll suggest over then. O was a big girl and lost my boobs when I lost weight so there's fillable skin! I guess he'll go through the pros and con's with me, I've added it to my list of questions xx

Exactly there are pros and cons to both ways, but he chill know what's right for you x

Hi sassy, I was offered unders by 3 surgeons and overs by 1 surgeon. If u really wanted a particular placement u could find a surgeon but really you should go with the recommendation u are given, that's why it's important to have 2/3 consultations as u can weigh up what each surgeon offers u.
I was offered overs by a surgeon that has a massive preference for overs, so didn't feel he had my best interests at heart and was led by what he prefers.
Bet u can't wait to get a consultation under ur belt to see what u are offered. In fact I can't wait for u either!!!

I can't wait! I want it all yesterday! 6 days and counting.......2 consultations and with any luck a decision made deposit paid and date booked. I so hope its that easy! But I'm not holding my breath! Xxx
