Nipple piercing after BA
Hi ladies, been a while since i was here. Loving my boobs one year on. Cant believe its gone that quick. Lol wouldnt change a thing.
Just a quick question. Have any of you had your nipples pierced post BA?? Thinking about getting it done but not 100% sure if im doin it too soon or if it will be ok, increased risk of infection etc. Due to have my final check up with my surgeon next month but didnt want to have to wait n ask him before finding out. Thanks very much for you help, as always. Xxx

I know a few girls that have had their nipples pierced with augmented boobs. I think a year on you should be fine.

Ahh thanks. Was just a bit worried. Ive not got all the feeling back in one nipple, dont think ile ever get it back though. Not sure if that will affect things because i wanted both of them doing or if it would just be a bonus as i wont feel it. Lol x

I had mine done at 7 months post op following an uplift and implants and my surgeon said it was fine. It healed really fast and as I have no feeling in my nipples I didnt feel a thing when she did it! I love my new piercing as I always wanted it done but wouldnt have dreamed of getting my pre-op boobs out to get it done!!

Hi Jodi
If you've got you're consultation coming up next month I'd personally speak to your surgeon first babe.
With you not having full sensation babe, if you were to have any problems with the piercings the concern would be that you might not know about it until its too late and you did get an infection.
If you do get an infection hun, because the implant is a foreign body the risk is this could lead the infection to the implant and then reject the implant.
I'd seek your surgeons advise first babe. Especially as you don't yet have full sensation.
Don't lose hope on not regaining full sensation just yet though. It can take up to 2 years for all sensation to return. Xx

Wow will be interested to hear what your surgeon says Jodie. I also thought the lack of feeling would be positive but hadn't thought ahead to Cookie's thoughts
