I'd definitely say that today is probably my worst day - what with the numb mouth earlier which freaked me out and the tightness and intrusive feeling of "argh just get these things off my chest" feeling!

it's probably because I have done my most today since the op - and I'm on day 3 and it is typically the worst day :( having a bit of boobie blues "why did I do this?" Too - but thankfully because I know to expect that I know it'll subside so thanks ladies :) 

Got me ice packs on and back to work tomorrow for me! 

Defo looking forward to getting these damn bandages off in 7 days!!!!!

Aw hope you're ok crispy, as you say you know that these feelings are normal so just keep positive thoughts and think how good you will feel this time next week...and the week after that.

Sorry you're having a bad day hun. You know if you want a chat, a rant, or to cry on our shoulders whilst you get through the booby blues we're all here for you lovely.

Those ice packs are really going to help too. They were bezzie mate throughout recoveries!

Feeling muuuuuuch better!! Almost normal! Lol :) thanks girls - felt almost panicky yesterday like I was very anxious and having to stop myself having a panic attack - haven't had one of those for about 10years!! Think it was just the GA? Strange but all good now ;)
