Heaviness
I've heard a few people say that they feel like there's a huge weight on their chest after a ba and this is what I'm worrying about! Can you take deep breaths easily and is there that "pressure" feeling?

Re: Heaviness
You'll be able to breathe just fine Misty.
You will feel like there's an elephant sat on your chest lol. Buts its nothing at all that you won't be able to cope with nor will it affect your breathing in any way. Xx

Re: Heaviness
Its not so bad you'll panic. Its just a heavy feeling caused by the swelling.
Remember - knowledge is power babe. You know what this is and why it will feel this way, so you should be just fine.

Re: Heaviness
Due to the heaviness it feels like you won't be able to breathe, but you actually can :-) just remember to breathe from your diaphragm to get nice deep breaths xx

Re: Heaviness
You will be able to breath hun. And remember the heaviness varies from woman to woman. I didn't get any heavy or tight feelings, so just go with the flow hun, there will be plenty of pain relief for you, should you need it xx
And as cookie said, knowledge is power! Imagine waking up with a tight heavy chest and not knowing it was going to happen! Scary!! X

Re: Heaviness
I know that this isn't the same heaviness as you are talking about Misty but I took my bra off for an hour yesterday and the weight of my boobs was unreal after having nothing.
I had some heaviness early on and just had to take very short breaths, it didn't last too long though x

Re: Heaviness
Your new boobs do feel heavy and a little alien for a while Jesper. But in time you won't feel the weight of them at all and you won't have any awareness of them whatsoever they'll just be a part of you. Xx
Re: Heaviness
When you 1st come round it's abit of a shock, but you soon get used to it and its nothing to worry about at all, it's not scary just a strange feeling xx

Re: Heaviness
I never felt like I couldn't breathe at all, just a tightness on the boobs and strong heavy achy type feeling. It isn't very nice in the mornings, and after a nap, it's not pleasant but I knew it would pass . I wasn't in pain, just a bit uncomfortable x
