How long usually till next BA?
I know everyone is different and complications can occur etc. But how long do people usually wait to have their next BA after their first? Just out of curiosity. How long did any of you wait ladies? Xx

Re: How long usually till next BA?
if there's no complication and you don't personally want a re op any sooner then its recommended you get them replaced every 10 years. I'm personally hoping to have mine done again in the next 2 - 3 years depending on how long it takes me to save! xx

I think it's at least 6 months to a year when your actually allowed to have another BA to give yourself time to heal... But good question! I hope mind last the ten years so ill be done with pregnancies by then and can fix them again lol xx

Re: How long usually till next BA?
My first implants only lasted me 3 years before rupturing, so I ended up paying 9K in three years for my boobs. I'm hoping these ones will last me at least another 3 years and then I'll change them again, or possibly just have an uplift on its own. X
Re: How long usually till next BA?
Thankyou ladies!! Just something i started wondering about out of curiosity.
I'm like you Jen and hoping they last at least 7 - 10 years so i can pop a couple of babies out and then get some great boobies back. Fingers crossed!!!
If not then... bugger, i'll have to get another boob fund going haha xx

Re: How long usually till next BA?
I had my first ones for 4 years, got them replaced as they were PIP's. I'm hanging on to these new ones as long as possible, as long as they look fine and are doing fine they're staying in there!x

Re: How long usually till next BA?
My surgeon advised me that if I dont have any complications I should get 10-15 years with my Implants. However I have in my head that I will have a re op within the next 5 years! X

Re: How long usually till next BA?
I had mine replaced after 5 years as I had a baby girl and my boobs changed aesthetically so I had them done again with bigger.
Maybe in another few years I'll look at them getting them done again IF I'm not happy and want a change :-) x

Re: How long usually till next BA?
Like Lisa my surgeon also advises 10-15 years.
I am going to start saving no though so that I am prepared if anything changes. I have had my kids so hopefully my body will behave :)

I don't really know Jennifer, I would like to go a little bigger, but at the moment I'm happy with them. 5 years is just stuck in my head for some reason. Hopefully that will change. It's prob cos I will be 40 in 5 yrs lol.

Re: How long usually till next BA?
I am thinking about 5 years I will keep mine before changing as I would like to go a little bigger in the future but I dont want to go under the knife too soon as I am not desperate for bigger boobs and I couldnt justify spending all that money again so soon especially when I am spending another £6k on my tummy in January.. My family deserve some of the money spending on them rather than watching me spend every available penny on cosmetic surgery!

As long as I'm happy with them, as long as possible. I know I've said I wish I'd have got them done younger, but realistically even if I get a full 15yrs out of each set, that's another around 40, 55... that's a lot of money and recovery!

Re: How long usually till next BA?
Hopefully I wont need to due to complications but I think id like to in the next 3 year's to go bigger... I just love having boobies.. and this site is like drugs it feeds my obsessions LOL
I was advised nnot to go bigger than 365 1st time so stayed safe and as I have the dip in my chest surgeon was worried about the outcome. So we know the outcome is good. So next time shouldnt be a problem :-)))

Re: How long usually till next BA?
See i would like to have them redone in the next 5 years and go bigger. But thinking realistically i'll be 25 turning 26, hopefully with my own house by then and a baby (obviously nothing goes to plan but this is the dream ) So do i wait until i've got kids out of the way for the second time round?? How does having children effect your fake boobies. Any experienced this?? Xx

I've seen a pregnancy diary here and the boobs wasn't affected really (I'm sure cookie will post the link) and a few other ladies here saying their boons got bigger during pregnancy and are ok, but they are just a few women so we could be affected much more, we just don't know lol... Xxx
