Good news lumpy - more information can never be a bad thing when you're making such an important decision.

Re: i need an uplift too :(
i hope so hun! ive started researching him in depth, he was on the telly the other night performing a tummy tuck plus his videos and very detailed so im hoping he can offer me the procedure together. ive decided i wont be having the op until after my 30th birthday in january now anyway to give myself extra time to slim down a bit and to keep researching. it may be the case that i'll have to see a few more surgeons to make an informed decision but ive got enough time :) xx

Re: i need an uplift too :(
Well, I think your going about it the right way sweetie, this can't be rushed. You never know we might have our ops around the same time :))) although it may be more like feb/march...
At least you'll be able to make a weekend of it when you go and see him - take in the sights and a bit of retail therapy maybe x

Re: i need an uplift too :(
yes thats the plan! we're going up on the friday morning and staying overnight to visit London. i think ill be aiming for jan/feb/march myself to recover by the summer plus ive got nothing in the pipeline for that time of year yet so im hoping that i get good news to enable me to do it :) im trying not to get my hopes up tho as they've already been dashed with the confusing consults! xx

Re: i need an uplift too :(
I know it's easier said than done sweetie, to try and not build your hopes up, but sometimes it can't be helped. nI think as long as you keep an open mind, and also prepare for the worst case scenario - you will get through it, regardless of the answer...x

Re: i need an uplift too :(
yes ive got plenty of time before i even go for the consultation so i can put it to bed for now and focus and the questions i need to ask him when i go up. i'd love to be able to have it done in one go especially as his OCEAN technique looks really good but ill just have to wait and see xx

Re: i need an uplift too :(
sooooo james' clinic emailed this morning and they have the figures ready, im awaiting an email at some point today but I can't see it being very cost effective for me! somehow i get the feeling its not going to be much cheaper than mybreast's astronomical quote. anyhow, i'll be seeing adrian richards in around 6 weeks' time so that may throw another option into the mix xx
