10 day PO check

Just seen the nurse - everything is fine she is really pleased with my results. She says that they are dropping nicely. Can't have a shower for another couple of days sad smile

Gutted hahaha! Booked in for my 6 week check up (the day before my birthday haha) so hopefully I might be able to go buy some pretty bras after. Also booked in for my 3 month check up with Mr Meleagros. Very happy girly right now :yahoo:thankyou to everyone who has supported me so far along my journey. Really appreciate it. This forum is great and filled with lovely kind ladies xx

Aww Emily sorry you can't shower for a few days but really happy to hear that your healing well and they are settling nicely :) did she say why no shower yet?

That's a great idea booking for before your birthday so that you can go shopping afterwards hopefully and treat yourself :) and booking to see mrM woo :)

She said because there's still a bit of bruising around my stitches to just keep an eye on it and give it an extra bit of healing time just to be on the safe side - safe side of what I'm not sure haha. I just nodded in agreement yes

But yes definitely want to get a shopping spree on bras in there haha! Get measured properly and off I go haha. EXCITING! Xx

Congratz! I just had mine fine this morning! How weird my doctor told me I can shower tmr morning already..... N I won't be given a sports bra... So what the hell am I supposed to wear? :-O

I am so excited for u!!!! Can't wait till its my 10 day po check xoxo

Really? Maybe get a sports bra anyway? No idea haha.. Very exciting that you're all done and now have all the other exciting bits to look forward too!! Xx

You'll be braless hun. Surgeons depending on healing will often give out differing advice and obviously your surgeon doesn't feel your boobs will benefit from the support right now. If you're feeling a little nervous about being braless especially when going out Blue, then maybe all your clinic lovely and ask can you buy yourself a soft cupped non-wired bra to wear. This should be be fine lovely. Xx
