Capsular contraction maybe ?
So my right boob feels tighter and seem to be the painful one not sure if cuz I'm right handed and use that side for everything especially as last week I've had to resume looking after my little one and doing the cooking and cleaning its feels a firmer than left side but more painful/noticeable at certain times is this slight capsular contraction in that side left is lovely no pains or tightness x

Sorry to hear your right breast is painful. I'm still pre op so not quite sure. Just wanted to empathise and also say I've heard of it being quite normal for one side to do better than the other with healing but then they catch up. Best to get it checked though. What's your nurse said at your clinic? Xx

Re: Capsular contraction maybe ?
It just sounds like maybe you're overdoing things a bit hun
You're still VERY early in your recovery and if you are overdoing it your boobs will let you know as is happening now with you feeling pain from your breast.
One breast feeling firmer than the other at this stage in your recovery is also very normal babe. One breast generally takes a little longer to catch up than the other so I really wouldn't worry about CC babe.
Just try taking things a little easier if you can hun. Ask for help from friends or family if you need to. Your boobs are telling you that you're overdoing it and its up you to listen to them babe or else you risk putting your recovery back sweetheart.
Remember... The dust can wait! Your boobs at this stage CAN'T. xx

Re: Capsular contraction maybe ?
CC can happen ANYTIME after surgery.
If you do feel overly concerned Sophia then maybe contact your surgeon for a consultation lovely. You paid a heck of a lot of money for aftercare so if its something you are concerned about, do make use of it. Xx

I am sure you have nothing to worry about where CC is concerned and like Cookie says you're just over doing it slightly. Ease off the house chores a bit and try and chill. I know its hard especially if you have a little one. But recovering is very important. Hugs xx
