Hi girls,

Ive just sat down with feet up, in the garden still taking it easy but feel fine in myself. Just slight sore boobies along the incisions and bit itchy at times too. But I have just noticed my feet and ankles are swollen???? Anyone else experience this? Do u recon it could be from the GA as this I think makes your body swell doesn't it - a bit? I'm still bout 4lbs heavier (god I that that!) than pre BA, from I guess the water and swelling (not from the munchies) but in your feet and ankes too????

Hi Tonic!!

It could well be from the G.A. and you just need to flush it out the system....drinking lots of water, eating fresh fruit etc. You also need to be moving around...even in the house to keep the system functioning properly.

I would imagine the heat is not helping,,,try raising your legs slighty higher when sitting, sleeping to keep the circulation flowing. It should subside in a few days. Hope you are O.K. otherwise....little walks often Give You xx

Hope it helps tonic....I feel it will!!! Takes a while to rid the body of the g.a. and meds and get the body functioning normally...and rid yourself of the sluggy feeling. Cheerleader xxx

Mia gave you some great advice hun, it will most likely be the after effects of the G.A and the heat doesnt help with swelling.

That's what it is healing!! You could put some ice on them ...a cool fan...hairdryer.
