Hi ladies,

I have just received a phone call from my surgeon to say that HSPS are in big trouble.

I have recently heard on this site and a couple of others that ladies have booked and have then had their surgery cancelled at the last minute.

Fortunately for me, I paid my cash direct to the surgeon/clinic and so they are honoring my surgery.

For anyone due to pay anytime soon I would recommend you talk to the surgeon or clinic direct before sending any money.

Would hate to see ladies loose their hard earned cash nope 

The website is still up and running but I was told that this has literally happened in the last 24 hours. So glad to have the phone call from my surgeon and not to have had to discovered this via email first.

Betterthantoast I paid my money direct to the clinic but they are saying they took it on behalf of HSS so I'm stuck.  Did garrick call you direct? Xx

On your paperwork does it state anywhere payment taken on behalf of HSS? X

How long ago did you pay blondiebex? I only paid on Tuesday so maybe they didn't process the money before all this went down? Also did you pay by credit card?

Garrick called me direct. Did you manage to get a hold of anyone at HSS? The website is still up but the message box now says offline.

I paid my £500 deposit when I booked direct to HSS via paypal on my credit card. Then late last week I had a letter from The Chelmsford asking me to pay them the remaining balance, which I did in cash on Tues while I had my pre op.
 
I found it odd that I paid £500 to HSS and the rest to The Chelmsford but didn't question it. Can't see anything in my paperwork about making payment taken on behalf of HSS. 

Did they give you a receipt when you paid? Who's name is on it?

I paid a week ago via bank transfer to Cadogan but the invoice has come through from harley street.  The deposit went to the Cadogan too.  I don't know what to do as no one is calling me back x

GG sent me an email this evening saying that he will update me on Monday but was very apologetic and obviously not his fault..  But unless he will honour my surgery my Boobie journey will be put on hold until I get my money back and if I don't get it back then I'll give up I think, it took ages to save for it and now have nothing to show for it..

Oh Bex, try and stay positive hun until you know for sure whats happening. 

I know its easier said than done but I'm hoping the clinic will honour those that have paid in full for their surgery.

Unless the surgeons themselves are prepared to honour their aftercare it could very well mean their aftercare will be gone along with the clinic. Xx
