Re: Ok so I feel bad
If you can stop smoking now Sophia this would be he best for your healing. But if you can't and are struggling then you will DEFINITELY need to have no cigarettes at all for 2 days before surgery babe. None whatsoever.
I really feel for those of you addicted to cigarettes but to get the best from this surgery sweetheart you do have to stop.
Whilst you have nicotine in your system babe your oxygen levels will be lower and there's only one thing to remedy that hun and that's not smoking.
The information HERE tells you risks of smoking before surgery hun.

Re: Ok so I feel bad
I've defo stopped literally these were every now and again very silly off me just stressful time but all my exams and everything are over now so it's strictly no smoking I have had only 8 since quitting and I defiently don't want my nipples to Fall off lol so won't be smoking again . Plan to quit completely and never them ever again . So il just exercise lots between now and Wednesday and no smoking or even be around smokers and hopefully my oxygen levels will be good . Feel very let down with my self x

Re: Ok so I feel bad
I just felt concerned as they ask u to stop 4 weeks before but I feel that 8 in 6 weeks isn't a lot and as long as not smoking for next 6 days and for the foreseeable future after the surgery that I should be ok ? X

Re: Ok so I feel bad
You can excercise all you like babe, its not going to help your oxygen levels at all of you're still smoking.
It really is in your best interest, especially having an uplift which is a big op Soph, so if it were me babe, the cities would be in the bin. If you haven't got them hun, you can't smoke them. Xx

Re: Ok so I feel bad
I feel for you Sophia. I quit last September, but you always find an excuse -"im on holiday, it doest count", or "it's just the one". I slipped up in April, and it is so hard, but once you get the other side, you're gonna feel so much better for it. And if anything, weigh up the pros, smokes vs the lovely boobs you've always wanted! healing gonna be so much better without them xx

It's as I was googling and a surgeon and replied to someone saying during surgery the nipple started turning black and had to use leeches in order to save it so I felt panicked , thanks for all the support ladies I will defiently be steering clear :) x
