All ok back in 3 month!!

Hi
So I saw my surgeon today scars are healin great (look fab to me too), still got to wear steri strips for another 3 week and no gym for another 3 week :(
He said they are still quite bruised round my nipple but sometimes this happens!
I have to continue to wear my sports bra for 3 weeks but only when I go out and for bed when I'm at home take it off to encourage them to drop more!
I also have to squeeze/massage them for 5 min everytime I shower to soften them and help them relax into their place!
This slightly hurts but he said it will get pain free as they loosen.
I was in& out and he said not to worry but I want to check you in 3 months to make sure there healing!
I felt happy with this and don't think there is anything wrong what does anyone else think?

Sounds like your implants may be being a little stubborn with their dropping hence your surgeon recommending you don't wear a bra and to massage them.

This isn't something to be concerned about though lovely... I had one breast sat high and needed to massage one of mine at 6 weeks post-op. it finally started dropping at 10 and arrived at its destination at 12 weeks. So the advise given is sound hun and your surgeon is doing a good job seeing you again to monitor your progress lovely. Xx

Nahhhhhh they're absolutely fine!

You're not going to do anything at all to them babe.

Rolling on your front on your boobs also is a form of the massage too... I don't know of your surgeon mentioned it? but I found it easier than the squeezing and pushing. It does ache though so be prepared for that and maybe take some pain killers after doing the massage babe. Xx

but like your surgeon said, as the implants gain more movement hopefully from the massage, the less pain you'll feel. Xx

Yeah I'm supposed to sort of squeeze the top lol, to encourage the implant to drop down. My lefty is being quite stubborn, but it's definatly on the move, finally! The soreness does get better, and as cookie said try some painkillers half hour beforehand x
