I have no idea tbh. But I would imagine it would still leave me with tuberous boobs. Although hes offered me an nipple uplift on right.
He said to that either fat injection or implant in left....I dont just want 1 implant! X

Unfortunately with the NHS you don't get much choice,
The surgeon won't leave you with uneven boobs hun, and if you've been offered a lift etc on the bigger one it will make them look more boob shaped rather than tuberous, so don't worry xx your journey has begun, you will have time at your next appointment to talk about any concerns you have hun xx

Its a bit annoying for you because your going through the NHS you kind of have to be told what your having but im sure your end up with great boobs :D xx

Lisa - Ye I know what you mean. Just sounds daft saying 1 implant or fat injection. Does that mean lipo aswell then? If so.....result lol jk.

Jennifer - Ye so true. I just want October to hurry up. I'll prove I can lose more than 5lbs in that time an go back 1 - 2 stone less.

Yeah they take the fat from your bum, thighs etc and put it into your boob. But I don't think that will suitable for you as it will only increase by about 1 cup size, it's not always successfull and it's not permanent. So you will need to keep having it done to keep the result x

Im 3 cup sizes different. Ooh take it from my thighs an tummy haha. Ma bum has gone down since lost all ma weight before.

Im hoping the PS he speaks to will say to implants and take me to a fuller D/DD but need to wait an see what happens x

Fat transfer has come a long way since the early days of using it Victoria and can help you to get one or two cup sizes bigger with no need to have redone again. it never needs replacing or removing as it has over 90% chance of taking due it coming from your own body.

Oh really cookie? When I did my research pre BA, I couldn't find anything that convinced me it would be a good way to go. But definatly listen to cookie, she knows way more than me!, there you go victoria, it might just be a possibility for you! That would be great if you didn't have to worry about having implants replaced etc x

Implants are likely to need replacing Lisa. But as you can read in the latest release about 'fat transfer' it won't need replacing. Xx

Yeah I know they do cookie, I meant if Victoria had fat transfer instead of implants then she wouldn't have to worry about the need to replace them, as she wouldn't have them lol.

Ugh why did I need to gain 1 stone again. Would of bin well in the bmi range, but atm in 28 an need to be 27. Wouldn't have to wait extra 4months :doh:

Ahh so it is still only 1 - 2 cup sizes. So in Victoria case, if the bigger breast was reduced during the lift, it is more than possible that fat transfer would be the best option?

The best option for Victoria is to achieve the look she wants. If she's happier with the larger breast of the two, then just having the fat transfer wouldn't be the best option for 'her'
