Firmest implant?
I just want to pre-empt the discussion I may have with my surgeon on monday. Still need to negotiate the time off work but thats another issue!
My question is if anyone knows : what is the firmest silicone implant available in the uk? I think the problem with me is because my skin is so thin post breastfeeding I can feel and see the implant more readily than another induvidual would.
I currently have CUI MHP implants which as I remember wern't terrible firm therefore I can feel the ripples naturally created by the implant as it brushes against my existing internal breast tissue.
My argument could be that a replacement with a more cohesive or firm implant could reduce this and improve the appearance externally but I need to know names so I sound like I know what Im on about.
I am beginning to get use to the appearance but am dissapointed because the issue for me having a BA was improving the fimness and fullness of my boobs naked rather than any size issue. This being the case he may say that this has been achieved because in fairness it is greatly improved but its just I can just see the damn things.
Ta girls.

Re: Firmest implant?
I think the highest grade cohesive gel is the 410 range found in the anatomical allergan implants, they are very stable. The CUIs have the responsive gel which is a lower cohesive gel. Women with thin skin are better off getting anatomical and/or unders, like Annie66 got, so maybe you could ask about that at your consultation x
Re: Firmest implant?
Sorry lovely, I thought I replied to this.
As Nads has said, would having anatomicals be a better option for you, one that you think you could do? As they have a more natural shape it might be ideal to prevent the rippling.

Re: Firmest implant?
I think the cohesive gel and anatomicals like nads and R.C. could be an option too. But, there may be easier options for you to try when you discuss with P.S.
I know my P.S. advised full unders, cohesive gel anatomicals for me due to lack of tissue and me wanting a natural look..and with least likely complications. We discussed different makes/styles to achieve this. Good Luck. xxxxx

Sorry, just seen this so maybe you've got it all sorted out now, but yes, like Nads said, I have thin skin and had very little tissue and had the Allergan 410 anatomicals partial under. They've come out very nicely - so far! No rippling and they feel natural to the touch, not overly firm in my opinon ... x

Hi Gemma!!!
Just found you here, thought annie was having more concerns!! xx
I had my surgery done by Nick Percival. I do know his prices have dropped since my op. like most in current climate, and would be less expensive than the price you have now. But, as I said the price was not my major priority, and anatomicals are more expensive. Anything I can share I am happy to. Just glad my pre-op days are gone!!
