Bad bravissimo experience!
Heard all good reviews about bravissimo went there was browsing for a long while and no member of staff came up to me or asked if i needed any help. I couldnt find many bras in my size (3oF) went up to a lady who worked there to ask if i could go straight down to the fitting rooms myself. she showed me the fitting rooms and said she'd check back to see how i was getting on 'in abit' ...i was in there a good while trying bras on and looking at how they were on me for a long while not once did any member of staff come and check how i was doing...when i came out i went to the counter bought 1 bra and left. maybe they were just busy but didnt seem like many customers were they really - this was the cardiff store

Re: Bad bravissimo experience!
I don't go to Cardiff much anymore, so not sure how much it may have changed in the 4 years since I went there. It was full when I went there last. I just went straight to their fitting service downstairs and waited to be fitted there. Other than that I've never really bothered going there.

I always find the ladies in the Cardiff store really nice and helpful, always asking do you need help etc and checking on you in the fitting rooms to see if you need any help. x

Sorry you had a bad experience!! I hate it when you expect good things and feel let down... Like you said, maybe just put it down to then being busy and try again another time just to see if you were just unlucky!! Xx

Re: Bad bravissimo experience!
Really sorry to read this Willows. That's not good at all
If you ever do again though I'd personally call ahead and actually book yourself an appointment for a fitting so all their attention is just on you,
Maybe they had fittings booked on that day do you think? X

That's a real shame. I have always booked a fitting as they always seem to be very busy and I guess that may be why they didn't offer you any help. If you book a fitting they stay with you for as long as you need which is great. Hope you get to try again. X

Re: Bad bravissimo experience!
Aww sorry to hear that Willows, I asked to be measured as soon as I got there, I hadn't picked up any bras as I had no clue at all what size I would be, the assistant stayed with me the whole time and was great. Maybe book an appointment next time or ask to be fitted. Perhaps they thought you were happy just trying them on your own, although not great service if you were told someone would be with you but didnt come back!
Funny you had a bad time at Bravissimo and I did at Boux Avenue!
Hope you have more luck next time
