Boobs and running/gym help
Hey girls. Currently on a mission to slim down 7lbs. Iv lost 10lbs in total so far.
I reaaaally wanted to try couch to 5k but i did one go this week and i literally had to hold onto my one boob even tho i had the triumph triaction extreme on?! Any advice on bras that will keep them solid. Im worried ill do damage to the pocket with the implant jigging that much!
How have you found the gym post op? Iv never beem a gym goer but i wanna get healthy and fit. I was doing weights today for arms and my boobs seem to move further apart than they sit naturally by quite a bit when the muscle was tensed? Is this normal?
xoxo

Re: Boobs and running/gym help
The few runners I know use the Triumoh extreme and love it! I know Kay uses this bra too and its supposedly the best supportive bra out there hun, so if you're getting a lot of bounce... I dunno?
Have you tried adjusting the straps? are you sure the band is the correct size.
I don't run in my Triumph but by doG my babies don't budge an inch in mine. Xx

I wear a shock absorber level 4 or 5 ( the highest level possible) that keeps my boobs supported whilst running and at the gym. I get my from e-bay and then they are a bit cheaper.
Good luck with the couch to 5k routine although running can get a bit addictive.

Re: Boobs and running/gym help
I can't advise on sports bras for running as I'm lazy lol! And can't find the oomph to go back to the gym x but my surgeon advised me that I shouldn't be doing too much upper body workout, as it can distort the muscle/implant if you have unders. He also said that when exersizing the implants will move with the muscle, so that may be why your implants are moving further apart x

Its called 'muscle distortion' babe and is very common when going partially under the muscle.
For women who are very muscular who work out a lot in the gym surgeons generally suggest going over the muscle for them to avoid this happening.
For women like yourself babe who don't do a lot of work outs like this they tend not to worry about it, but if its something that does bother you then its best to speak with your surgeon lovely. The only thing that would resolve this though would be to change your placement from partials to overs. Xx
