was good am allowed to shower now have strips on them for another week i do have to wear the band till 6 weeks so not happy about that but they were happy with how they look so all good they seem to be changing shape or size on a daily basis your avi looks good how are you doing

Aww bless u with the binder :-( mine is getting so itchy its awful!!! The shower is the best isn't it :-)im ok but still in a fair bit of pain xx

Mine seems to be the most painful from about 8 in the evening seem to be getting the best sleep from 2 in the morning till about 7 but as I don't have small kids anymore I can just stay in bed till I want to get up
