Re: exactly one month to go!!
Thank youuuu! :) Surgery was fine, everything was fine, I wasn't nervous and I only got excited after he marked me up, and then when I woke up I was super excited about having them.
First few days I wasn't liking them as they are quite big and all I could see was a big solid pointy mass of chest but ever since I got the strapping off I have loved them and I love them more everyday as they've begun to settle. Its really exciting trying on my clothes with them and seeing how my clothes/tops fit so much better. So really happy with my lovely boobies! :) xx

So glad to hear you are happy with results! I am so nervous about the surgery - i am terrified of the GA and not being in control of my body! lol as silly as it sounds.
Can't wait for a wee shopping spree to buy lots of nice clothes for summer :p xx

Re: exactly one month to go!!
I know exactly what you mean about the not being in control of your body, that was my absolute biggest fear! I am quite a wimp lol and I did have a little cry but the staff were amazing and I was given numbing cream so I didn't feel the cannula go in and one of the nurses said to me "you're going to feel a little sleepy now" and then my eyes went hazy for about two seconds and that was it! I would do it again in a flash it was quite a nice calming feeling but I was scared I would be panicky and trying to resist the feeling but its absolutely not like that you'll be fine

Im a big wimp too! Quite shocked sometimes that i am opting in for an op! Usually i would run the opposite direction lol but will definitely be worth it. I heard its possible to get a sedative for nerves.. Did u consider that?:)
Thanks so much hun for the reassurance. :) appreciate it and nice to hear from someone who had same fears as myself. Im scared i will freak out on the day xxx

I was a saggy a/b cup, was measured at a 30-32F! I had never had a GA either, but I was fine hun, I didn't get nervous at all! I even managed to say good night to the anestnatist lol! Just keep saying to yourself, boobies boobies boobies! You will be in very safe hands xx

You sound exactly like I did before the op and all I can say is the GA was a piece of cake and is do it again right now! Yeah I did consider a sedative I was adamant I would need it but the staff were amazing and I felt so much more confident once I'd spoke to them and told them my fears. The numbing cream helped me cos I looked away and didn't even know it was happening so perhaps try that :-) xx

Re: exactly one month to go!!
I was the same Sian x it was quite strange, how relaxed I actually felt on the day, even walking down to theatre! I think the excitement and realism that in an hour or so, your going to have boobs takes over! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! I rekon the hardest part was probably the no drinking, I was so thirsty.

Re: exactly one month to go!!
Yeah it was hard! I have 7 children, and although the older ones knew about my BA and looked after me, my youngest (who's 2) really missed being carried and cuddles in bed with me. But that 6 weeks goes so quickly! Although I'm still milking the hoovering lol, I told them I couldn't Hoover for 12 weeks but everything else is back to normal now x

Re: exactly one month to go!!
12 weeks!
I drove for the first time yesterday and the first 10 mins was a bit sore, the boobies weren't really feeling all the movement and bouncing but after that I was fine.
The surgery day and the following days have just flown by, I can't believe I'm 10 days post op already!! x

Thats so good to hear! I am jsut a nervous wreck lol cant imagine what i will be like on the week leading up to it! I have heard the anaethetist (not sure of the spelling) in my clinic is really lovely, but id say i will be their worst patient! haha. I will definitely take that pointer on board, did the numbing cream really work? I wish they would just knock me out with a tablet then do the GA haha xx
