It's a case of whenever you feel comfortable. Leaving your sports bra on might help at first.

I still leave my sports bra on, they feel secure when their not being jiggled all over the place.Iit has been removed a few times when things get a bit heated embarassing question...? 375568 I still tell the OH to be careful though. x

Ooh I was happy for my OH to well urm bend me over quite early on, but had to leave the sports bra on! As boobs felt like they were gonna fall off Hysterical But my ps gave me the ok to do whatever we wanted at my 6 week check!! I would agree with the others, whatever is comfy for you hun xx
