Yes sports bra's. Shock Absorbers are by far my favourites x

Max support, level 4 high impact. then after a few months, changed to the slightly lower cut level 3 high impact which I still wear now to bed x

There are post surgery bras like the Macom, Royce, Z bra these are made to specifically be used after breast surgery.
There are sports bras, some surgeons suggest full support level 4 like the shock absorber.
It will depend on what your surgeon recommends and what level of support is recommended. Some surgeons prefer no sports bra others want a non wired light support bra.
Make sure with your surgeon first.
