Just has my appointment and got my dressings off! Was worrying for nothing as we usually do!!!

I can't believe how small and barely there my scars are!
Couldn't be happier! Am still stingy and swollen but it's so early days! No infections wounds are closed and neat x happy happy! Can sleep how I want to and shower x just have some spray plasters on my Scars and a tiny bit of tape but can take that off in a week x still feel like swollen Barbie with two round things on me. But that's temporary!!! Happy lady :-)

Oh that is wonderful :) I have had mine off today to and got the all clear for a shower but I'm still so scared of them tiny scares opening. I can't believe how little they are either I were terrified to get the plasters of but I'm so happy. Oh you have to keep them on for a week I just got steri strips which I can peel of in the shower later she said. I'm glad everything has gone well for you :) xx

Congrats! Got mine off yesterday, feel so much better and comfy now! My scars are small too.. Very happy! Can't believe how well this has gone for us both, it's great! I bet you're so happy! I know I was xx

I love this site as it shows you just how different surgeons work. I had my BA last Monday and was allowed to take my own dressings off at the weekend and shower straight away. Xx
