Tiny little blisters ?? Empty Tiny little blisters ??

Post by Shelsuit 22nd July 2011, 6:50 pm

After I had exercised today I noticed tiny little blisters over my chest and under, like milk spots ?? After I showered and dried they were gone but I was just wondering if anyone had seen these wee things before ?

Thanks ! Xx

Hmm i've not had any 'blisters' but my skin has been peeling since the op, and i've noticed that when its starts, it starts in a little patch like a circle, which i suppose could be mistaken for a blister? I'm wondering maybe if this is what you are experiencing? X

If I run my finger over the little spot it goes away, but to look at it it resembles a weeny little blister, I wondered if it was air reabsorbing, maybe excess fluids disapating ... And iv been going to the gym this week just to do very light CV like walking and the X trainer for 10 mins, it's more a psychological thing being able to exercise even though I'm hardly moving, I'm not using my upper body at all and iv found iv felt a lot better just being able to go about my usual routine, I'm defo not hammering it tho, just a light activity, do ubthink it's too soon ? I've felt totally fine ? Xxx

i think the big deal with excersicing is not increasing blood flow to your new chesticles ;)

from what iunderstand low impact walking only is ok after 2 weeks, but def not increasing your heart rate too much.
