muscle tenses/implant jumped Empty muscle tenses/implant jumped

bent down to pick up a pair of bloody socks and my right pec muscle tensed so hard i felt the implant jump! I'm not in 'pain' but my muscle is a bit sore and booby is a tiny bit swollen. Gona get an ice pack on it, and already emailed my clinic but i doubt they'll reply tonight. Do you think i've caused any damage? :( muscle tenses/implant jumped 869500

You've probably just pulled the muscle babe - keep the breast stable in your sportsbra and give it time to heal and hopefully it'll be just fine. Xx
